What Happens After You Call
We ask what you are seeing: a stain on the ceiling drywall, cracked or slipped tiles, granules collecting in the gutters, or a soft spot near a vent pipe. We also ask the roof type and rough age, because a concrete tile roof and a three-tab shingle roof fail in different places. Then we pick a time to come look at your home.
On the visit, we check the field of the roof, the flashing at walls and chimneys, the valleys, and the underlayment wherever we can see it. You get a free written estimate that lists each item, and the people who walk your roof are the same small crew who would do the job. If you have an open insurance claim, we work directly with it. Good to Have Ready Before You Call
- Note where you see the problem, such as which room has the stain or which side of the roof looks damaged.
- Find the roof's approximate age or the year of the last reroof, if you know it.
- Have any photos of the roof or ceiling handy so you can describe them clearly.
- Keep your insurance claim number nearby if the damage is part of a claim.
