Where Our Crew Works

Our home base is Seal Beach, and most of our jobs are a short drive away in Long Beach, Rossmoor, Los Alamitos, Cypress and Huntington Beach. We keep our work area tight on purpose. A shorter drive means the crew starts on time, can return for a final check without a scheduling fight, and the person who wrote your estimate can stop by while the work is underway.

We also take roof inspections, repairs and full replacements in Westminster, Garden Grove, Stanton, Midway City and Hawaiian Gardens. If your street sits near the edge of that list, ask on the phone. We will tell you plainly whether we can give your home the same attention we give a roof three blocks from us, and if we can, we set up your free estimate on that call.

What Roofs Here Have in Common

  1. 01

    Deck Check Before Pricing

Before we price a new roof, we check the deck for delaminated plywood and gapped skip sheathing, because that is where most surprise costs come from. Many homes around here were built decades ago and have been reroofed once or twice, sometimes over an older layer. Finding that early means the number on your estimate holds.

  2. 02

    Corrosion-Resistant Metal

On replacements we use corrosion-resistant nails, drip edge and pipe flashing, so the metal lasts as long as the roofing material. Near the coast, fog and salt air keep roof metal damp for hours, and plain galvanized parts rust fast. Rust at a vent collar is one of the most common leak sources we find.

  3. 03

    Pre-Season Inspection

We inspect for lifted shingle tabs, cracked tile and clogged gutters before the rainy season, so weak spots get fixed before the first heavy storm finds them. Most of the year's rain falls between November and March, and dry fall winds loosen roofing first. Late summer or early fall is the best time to book a roof repair or gutter cleaning.

  4. 04

    Tile and Low-Slope Roofs

Concrete and clay tile is common here, and the tile itself often outlasts the felt underlayment beneath it. Many homes also have a low-slope section over a patio or addition. We read both, since a worn underlayment under good tile and ponding water on a flat roof call for very different fixes.

  5. 05

    Permits and Inspections

Each city runs its own building department, and unincorporated areas go through the county. A reroof usually needs a permit and a final inspection, with some cities also requiring an inspection mid-job. We pull the permit and meet the inspector, so you are not chasing paperwork.
